ERP Implementation Consultant

Business 360 is a cloud ERP built for companies in the Middle East and Africa: accounting, sales, CRM, inventory, HR and payroll, projects and more in one system, in English and Arabic. We are looking for an implementation consultant to set Business 360 up for new customers and make sure they use it well. What you will do • Learn how each customer works and map it to Business 360 • Set up the system: chart of accounts, taxes, products, warehouses, users and access • Bring the customer's data in from spreadsheets or their old system • Train users, in person and online • Support customers after go-live and pass their feedback to our product team What we are looking for • 2+ years implementing ERP or accounting software • A good grasp of accounting, sales, purchasing and inventory processes • Experience with VAT and e-invoicing in the region is a plus • Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus • A clear communicator who can train people who are not technical Send your CV and tell us which systems you have implemented.
